First of all: We try to create as little waste as possible. Nevertheless we take care that your purchased item is safe from damages. In order to reduce material  wastage, we recycle old shipping boxes and give them a new "dress" of wrapping paper. All paper involved is recycled. We are constantly looking into how to make online shopping more eco-friendly. We will keep you updated.

shipping cost

We ship our packages with DHL so your order is insured and trackable. Especially our​ second life items vary quite a lot in size, shape. Basic shipping cost are 5,-€ going up depending on weight and size. You will see the actual delivery cost at the checkout  before placing the order. For Germany, all orders above 150,- € are for free, for the rest of EU that applies for orders worth 250,- € and more.

delivery time & tracking

If the products you ordered are in stock, you will receive your order within 2-3 working days, for shipping within the EU the approximate delivery time is 4-7 working days.  

Naturally, products that are only produced once you order them take a bit more time. We are stating the production time in the description of the single products. This way of working will add a little to your waiting time, but helps a lot to avoid wasting ressources.

As soon as your order left us, we will send you the trackingnumber so  you are always up to date where that little package is hanging out at the moment.

returns

In case you don't like what you see when opening the package, you can return you order within 30 days from the date of purchase on. Well will issue a voucher with the initial order amount (excluding shipping cost) once we have received and checked the returned item. Please take care to return items in the same condition as they have reached you. You are not obliged to state any reasons, but if you have valuable feedback for us, we are more than up to hear your opinion.

Return costs are on your side and the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. We strongly recommend that you send by a tracked method that insures you for the value of goods. Make sure to retain the proof of postage, we are not liable for any items that have not been delivered to us.
